If you have real estate, please bring copies of your deed, real estate tax bill, and mortgage payoff statements.

If you are purchasing or leasing an automobile bring
your payment book and any documentation that you have pertaining to those autos.

If you have any outstanding loans, please bring any loan documentation that you have regarding that loan.

Also you need to bring copies of your paystubs, and if you have it available copies of your last two years tax returns.
